The mountain or the pebble?
Hey friends,

Humans have a tendency to focus on the big stuff holding us back (the mountain), like the job we don’t have, the business we haven’t started, and the goal we haven’t reached.
But often, it’s the little things (the pebble) holding us back. A habit we won’t break, a draining relationship, hitting snooze every morning, scrolling instead of sleeping, saying yes when you want to say no, a limiting mindset.
The mountain looks like the problem, but the pebble is what really slows us down.
Tiny issues, thoughts, or relationships add up over time. A small bit of friction every day can derail you. One degree off today, and you're way off course later.
Before tackling the mountain, check your shoe.
What’s the pebble that’s quietly making everything harder?
